We work primarily with luxury hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands — properties that understand the value of brand perception and are ready to invest in it strategically. This includes independent boutique hotels, destination resorts, high-end travel companies, luxury spas, and lifestyle brands adjacent to the hospitality world. We're not the right fit for budget or mid-market hospitality.

Most clients start with a Brand Audit at £950 — a standalone piece of work that gives you a complete strategic picture with no obligation to continue. From there, retainers are typically a minimum of 6 months, because meaningful PR and content results take time to build. We don't do one-off press releases or single-page copy jobs — we're looking for genuine strategic partnerships.

Our primary offer is consulting and strategy. BlackCat can also produce video and photography directly, and Sable writes all copy in-house. For production outside our scope, we brief and oversee trusted suppliers — so you get strategic leadership plus senior execution where it counts most.

Yes — and this is often where we work best. An in-house team understands the property deeply but benefits from senior strategic input and external press relationships that are genuinely hard to build internally. We often work alongside in-house teams as a specialist overlay: setting strategy, opening editorial doors, and sharpening copy while your team handles day-to-day operations.

We're UK-based but work with properties globally. BlackCat has shot on location across the Maldives, Caribbean, and Europe; Sable's clients span international travel brands and UK hotel groups. PR strategy and copy have no geographic limit — and for on-location video work, we travel where great properties live.

We deliberately limit retainer clients to four to six per year across the partnership. This isn't a marketing line — it's how we guarantee every client gets genuine senior attention rather than being handed to a junior team. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll say so honestly and discuss whether a future start date works.
